Ubiquiti NanoBeam NBE-5AC-Gen2, 19dBi

NBE-5AC-GEN2 is an improved client 19dBi station of the AC series of the second generation, which achieves very high transmission speeds and a stable connection even in noisy environments. The unit is designed for outdoor use.
Thanks to the possible setting of the channel width of 10/20/30/40/50/60 and 80MHz, a real throughput of up to 450Mbps+ can be achieved when using 256QAM.

Inside the NanoBeam is a powerful Atheros 74KC MIPS processor with a frequency of 720MHz, which is supported by 128MB of DDR2 type operating memory and 8MB of Flash memory. The unit includes 1 network port supporting 10/100/1000 Ethernet.
After the first port, the unit can be powered using passive Gigabit 24V/0.5A POE, which is included in the package (active PoE according to 802.3af is not supported).

Technicians will certainly appreciate the newly included 2.4GHz WiFi interface, which is used for administration via a mobile device. The UMOBILE app is available for both Android and iOS.

uMobile
The new airOS 8 operating system is also new for all Gen2 products with the airMAX ac protocol. This system, for example, renders the constellation diagram and the SNR value in real time.
